2022 Colleges of Education Admission List: Fees, Reporting Date-Check Here

The various 46 public Colleges of Education have begun admitting qualified students to pursue a 4-Year Bachelor of Education programme. Qualified applicants who were picked by their first choice of colleges have started receiving admission notice via text messages.

Successful applicants who have been received their admission messages via SMS are to proceed with payments of fees to enhance the enrolment processes.

Successful applicants admitted for the 2022/2023 academic year may receive their admission notices and proceed with payments of fees to get enrolled. Such applicants after finding their names on the board should contact the College Administration for further information regarding their Admission letters.

However, applicants who have not received their share yet are advised to check on the college notice board for confirmation since some individuals might not receive messages due to system and network failure.

Prospective applicants are also to note that the 2022 colleges of education admission processes will be in batches just as the application was also in batches.

HOW MUCH IS THE 2021 COLLEGES OF EDUCATION ADMISSION FEE?

The admission fee to be paid is Two Thousand, Six Hundred and Six Ghana, and Thirty Pesewas (2606.30), which is exactly the amount to be paid this academic year (2022/2023). Students are, however, urged to note that bank receipts should be submitted to the college accounts office before 22nd November 2022. This covers the first batch of applicants who have received the admission notice. An amount of GHS400 will be paid as first-semester examination fees. Applicants are to note that the admissions are in batches, hence are urged to keep checking back for new developments. N.B: All the 46 public colleges of Education MAY extend the deadline for payment of admission fees due to the changes in the academic calendar.

The first-semester examination fees will be paid in cash at the college accounts office. Students are to note that admissions letters will be issued after payment and submission of receipts.

ITEMS TO SUBMIT TO THE COLLEGE

  1. Copies of results slips (WASSCE/SSSCE, etc) used for the application.
  2. Bank receipts

Successful applicants will receive a text message from one out of the selected colleges which will enable them to print out their admission letters. This message will contain their Application Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN)

  1. Visit the college of education admission list portal https://admissionsghana.com/
  2. Select the academic year of your application
  3. Proceed to Select a school category from the menu
  4. Search for your name in the admission list

  • Check your message inbox of the phone number you used during the application process
  • Click on the link in the text message http://admission.ebitsapps.com

NOTE: Text Messages Links depend on each College.

  • Log onto the page using the APPLICATION NUMBER and PIN provided in the message.
  • Download the admission letter, acceptance form, and prospectus from the same website.
  • Save it in a pdf format and later visit the cafe to print it out.
