The Controller and Accountant General Department (CAGD) has fully paid the November 2022 teachers’ Professional Development Allowance (PDA), as previously stated by Educand Ghana Network.

This was confirmed after the CAGD activated the Electronic Salary Validation Portal (ESPV) for November 2022, enabling staff members to be validated by validators from different management units.

The teaching and non-teaching personnel of the GES have received payments of GHS 1,200 and GHS 800, respectively, in accordance with the specific and factual information gathered by Educandghana.net.

The payment came with no deductions but rather with a refund.  A GHS 100 licensing charge was initially taken from the PDA by the NTC before being reimbursed. In addition, a variable 15% cost of living allowance has been included.
