The Ghana Education Service (GES) has promoted its lower-rank staff to their deserving ranks in the month of February 2023.
Due to a change in management at the service headquarters, promotions of lower-ranked employees were halted. According to data compiled by Educandghana.net, most of these employees were promoted, primarily to the position of senior superintendent I, in the year 2022, leaving only a small number of people.
Some people received the said position in the months of January and February 2023, while others had to wait for the same news in the following months.
According to the data collected, the salaries of the remaining qualified employees will be adjusted in March. Individuals who received promotions automatically without submitting an application to their municipal or district education offices are urged to take the necessary action by adhering to the guidelines in this article.
In brief, qualified lower-ranking staff who have not received promotions should anticipate receiving them in March with arrears.

As the first and second groups of employees have been promoted from senior superintendent II or I to Principal Superintendent, it appears that inputting is done in batches. It is crucial to remember that another group of employees will receive an upgrade in March 2023.
