The National Teaching Council (NTC) and National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) has finally set a date for nationwide training of some category of teachers on the newly introduced curriculum curriculum popularly known as the Common Core Programme (CCP).

The Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS), in collaboration with the Pre-Tertiary Directorate (MoE) through the support of NTC in collaboration with the NaCCA is organizing Training on the Common Core Program (CCP) for all Private School JHS1-SHS1 Teachers across the country.

Information gathered by educanghana indicates that public school teachers across the country may soon experience the breeze of new Curriculum training as well. We will get our readers updated in case of any further development.

Meanwhile, all private school teachers are to take note of the following;

Individual participation has to pre register online, through this NTC link,
to attend the training.

Training Cost:

  1. JHS/SHS teachers) Ghc140.00 each person.
  2. KG and Primary teachers Ghc 90.00* each person.

GNACOPS and NTC will jointly issue Certificate and ID Card to participants at the cost of Ghc40 for both certificate and ID card.
These will serve as the basic certification for CPDs and Provisional Licence issuance by NTC.
