GES Promotions: Index Numbers and Exams Centres-Download Now

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has released a list of names and exams centres of qualified applicants for the second edition of the 2021 promotion exams. Among the ranks released are the Principal Superintendent (PS), Assistant Director II (ADII), Assistant Director I (ADI), and Deputy Director (DD).

Some applicants have already received their index numbers and exams centres via SMS text messages whereas others have received none.

The above circumstance is a result of providing wrong phone numbers during the application process by applicants. Educand Ghana Network has therefore compiled the list of qualified applicants which has been uploaded beneath.

We however urge applicants to be more patient as the lists of some centres are not yet ready and will be uploaded as soon as we possess them. Applicants who have not received their index numbers and centres yet are urged to continuously monitor their SMS inbox for the said message.

It is deemed important for applicants who have not received their index numbers to additionally note that the lists of shortlisted and disqualified applicants will be made available at the various Districts and Municipal education directorates when released by the GES Headquarters. Meanwhile, a compiled list of some regions/municipal/districts have been uploaded below for applicants perusal.

Kindly note that we keep updating the list hence the need to revisit this portal for updated ones.
