Here is what you should know about the second semester JHS resumption

Teachers and all Educational stakeholders are to note that news making rounds about the postponement of the actual reopening date for Junior High Schools (JHS) are totally FALSE.

According to the academic calendar issued by the GES and relied solely on by all Junior High Schools in Ghana, the reopening date remains 6th July 2021.
Teachers are to take note and prepare adequately to meet their students in school on Tuesday, 6th July 2021.

REASONS WHY 6TH JULY, 2021 REMAINS THE REOPENING DATE FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS (JHS)-SECOND SEMESTER

The Ghana Education Service (GES) will always issue an official communique to effect such changes in case there are any. The whole mind baffling thing about the postponement of resumption date begun in June but no official statement had been issued by the service to either confirm or denounce it. This should simply tell stakeholders that the GES still stands by the already drawn academic calendar. Any manufactured reopening date apart from the one on the calendar should be regarded as a hoax.
