How to Add or change validators on the CAGD ESPV System

The Management of the Controller and Accountant General Department (CAGD) has simplified the processes to enable the addition and change of validators on the Electronic Salary Payment System (ESPV).

RECOMMENDED: Change of Management Unit

The management of the ESPV has set these procedures to facilitate the early resolution and standardization of requests for change or addition of validators on the ESPV system hence the ESPV Secretariat has summarized the information requirements into a standardized letter to be used in submitting requests to any CAGD Regional/Head Office.

RECOMMENDED: Change mobile phone number on the payslip

The requirements needed for the change and addition of validators on the ESPV portal include the following; Staff ID, Surname, Other names, phone number, and Ghana Card number.
