Advice to Newly posted Trained Teachers Seeking to Change their Postings

Newly trained teachers who have been posted by the GES are advised not to tamper with their postings at the moment. It is important for all newly trained teachers to note that their data in the GES system may be deleted when it is tempered with.

What are the repercussions?

Every newly trained teacher will have to go through a biometric process before he/she begins to receive salaries. Therefore, if the GES posting or appointment details are tempered with, it is very possible that the biometric process may be forfeited, hence no salaries will be paid to victims.

When this happens, victims have to stay home as unemployed graduates.

How to get Reposted to Your preferred Place by GES?

Accept your current posting as a newly trained teacher and wait for the salary to start flowing. Work for 3-4 years or less and apply for reposting or release.

Remember, the system is very choked, therefore there are a lot of qualified unemployed graduates seeking to get postings to where you have been posted, so be careful not to lose an opportunity that comes once in a lifetime.
Thank you.
