Those who registered but couldn’t reach 100% must go back to the portal and complete. They will receive new Registration Numbers after NTC has reviewed and validated their documents. Non professionals will be registered after this exercise and issued temporary license.

If you have changed your name, attach Gazette to all your certificates and upload. This means your certificate document should be two pages. Those who passed GTLE in 2018 and 2019 must now go to the portal and register for the full license.

b. Enter your email address
c. Click “Send reset link”
d. Check your email for a message from NTC TPG
e. Click on it and follow the instructions to reset your password

If you have forgotten both your password and email, you can use your telephone number to recover your account.
a. CLICK HERE in a web browser
b. Enter your telephone number
c. Click “Send OTP”
d. An OTP will be sent to you within 5 minutes via SMS
e. After receiving your OTP code enter it in the field provided to have access to your account.
f. Once your account is opened, click “Reset password”.
g.Click “Change email” to change the email of the current account to a new one so you can use that to login
h. Click “Update account password” to update the password of the account.
i. On your next login, use your new email and password to login
